Values and Beliefs
LGBTQIA+ people are not a monolith! Within Evanston there is a spectrum of intersectional identities (including race, ethnicity, class, age, ability, religion, gender, orientation, and so many more) and world views, and we seek to affirm and celebrate that diversity as we carry out the mission of the organization.
We enter this process with humility and seek first to listen and learn. We seek to build trust.
Actions speak louder than words.
