Filmmakers chronicle Evanston's passage of the first tax-funded reparations for Black Americans -- an initiative that is said to have symbolically awakened the world.” Discussion with special guest Cheryl Judice to follow. (Cheryl's late husband, Hecky Powell is prominently featured in the film.)
